As a Platform Support Engineer (L3), you will be a seasoned subject matter expert applying excellent customer service skills and technical knowledge. You will support a variety of processes including Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Event, Configuration, Asset, Service Catalogue, Knowledge, and Service Portal, as well as custom scoped applications that facilitate enterprise-wide business processes for NTT customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Perform system administration, maintenance, and upgrades of the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure data integrity and security within the ServiceNow environment.
- Provide training and support to end-users and team members.
- Stay current with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of proven experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are a plus.
