About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Sales Specialist to drive the technical sales strategy for the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities
- Drive the technical sales strategy for the ServiceNow platform and support business development initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, business challenges, and IT operations.
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs to enterprise prospects.
- Identify opportunities to leverage ServiceNow solutions to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Design and propose ServiceNow-based solutions aligned with customer business and technical requirements.
- Explain ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, integrations, and implementation approaches to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the preparation of technical proposals, RFPs, and solution documentation.
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform capabilities, products, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in ServiceNow technical consulting, solution consulting, pre-sales, or implementation roles.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and the CMDB data model.
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ITIL best practices.
- Solid understanding of integration standards and technologies, including Web Services, SSO, OAuth, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with JavaScript for ServiceNow platform scripting and customization.
- Ability to deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution discussions to enterprise customers.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Certifications (Mandatory & Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
- At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification – Required, such as ITSM, ITOM, or CSM.
- ITIL v4 Foundation certification – Highly Preferred.
