ServiceNow Project Manager

The ServiceNow Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects for clients. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, identifying project scope, timelines, and resources required. The role involves assigning and managing resources, including ServiceNow consultants, to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget. Effective communication with stakeholders — including clients, vendors, and internal team members — is essential to provide project status updates and meet their needs.

Additionally, the Project Manager must identify and manage project risks, ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time. Managing project budgets and financials is critical to complete projects within budgetary limitations. The role also encompasses managing change requests that may impact timelines and resources, and creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation such as project plans and status reports.

Qualifications for this position include a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, as well as a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Candidates should have experience managing ServiceNow projects, including project planning, resource management, and stakeholder management, while possessing excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities. Understanding ITIL and other IT service management frameworks is required, along with a desirable ServiceNow certification in areas such as ServiceNow Administration or IT Service Management.
