ServiceNow Senior Consultant

This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules. The key responsibilities include collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into scalable ServiceNow workflows and automations. You will need to apply ITIL framework principles to optimize and align service management processes within ServiceNow, manage integrations with external systems for seamless operations, and provide technical mentorship and leadership to project teams. Staying updated with ServiceNow platform changes and industry trends is crucial for enhancing solution capabilities and driving continuous improvement initiatives for better IT and HR service delivery.

Required Skills and Experience: Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules, as well as a solid understanding of ITIL processes. Experience in scripting, workflow design, and platform customization is necessary, along with a proven ability to manage and deliver complex ServiceNow projects in a client-facing role. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills are essential. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM/HRSD/ITOM, along with an ITIL Foundation certification, are highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is also required.
