ServiceNow Solution Architect

The ServiceNow Solution Architect at the company will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure successful integration and customization of the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities include:

• Solution Design: Understand business requirements to design a tailored ServiceNow solution.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of the ServiceNow solution, collaborating with developers and administrators.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other organizational systems, including HR and IT systems.
• Customization: Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Testing: Conduct testing to ensure the solution meets requirements and functions properly.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation covering requirements, design, and implementation details.
• Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators for effective adoption of the ServiceNow solution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including custom applications and workflows.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, modules, databases, and security.
• Strong communication skills for relaying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in designing solutions.
• ServiceNow certification is preferred but not required.
