ServiceNow Solution Architect

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and develop ServiceNow solutions.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring collaboration with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders for successful execution.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other organizational systems, such as HR or IT systems.
• Customization: Tailor ServiceNow to align with the specific needs of the organization, including the development of custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing of the ServiceNow solution to ensure functionality and compliance with requirements.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation, covering requirements, design, and implementation details.
• Training: Provide training for end-users and administrators to encourage effective use of the ServiceNow solution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, which includes custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including modules, databases, and security.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a team environment and engage with stakeholders across all organizational levels.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to solution design.
• ServiceNow certification is preferred but not required.
