Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design a ServiceNow solution that meets those requirements.
- Implementation: Responsible for implementing the ServiceNow solution, collaborating with developers, administrators, and other stakeholders for a successful execution.
- Integration: Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other organizational systems, such as HR or IT systems.
- Customization: Customize ServiceNow to meet specific organizational needs by developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Testing: Conduct testing of the ServiceNow solution to ensure it meets requirements and functions properly.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for the ServiceNow solution, including requirements, designs, and implementation details.
- Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the ServiceNow solution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including modules, databases, and security.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Creative problem-solving skills to design effective solutions.
- ServiceNow certification is preferred but not required.
