ServiceNow Solution Architect

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect at DXC Technology, you will play a key role in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design suitable ServiceNow solutions.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation process of the ServiceNow solution, working alongside developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure success.
• Integration: Manage the integration of ServiceNow with other organizational systems, such as HR and IT systems.
• Customization: Tailor ServiceNow to meet specific organizational needs by developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Testing: Conduct testing to ensure the ServiceNow solution functions as expected and meets the specified requirements.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation encompassing requirements, design, and implementation details.
• Training: Provide training for end-users and administrators to ensure effective adoption and usage of the ServiceNow solution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, including modules, databases, and security.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking for solution design.
• ServiceNow certification is preferred, but not required.
