Job Description:
- Platform Design and Architecture: Develop and maintain the overall architectural blueprint of the ServiceNow platform. Ensure the platform architecture aligns with industry best practices and organizational standards while designing scalable and secure solutions that utilize the full capabilities of ServiceNow.
- Implementation and Integration: Lead the implementation of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and others as required, while overseeing the integration of these modules with other enterprise systems to maintain data consistency and integrity.
- Customization and Development: Supervise the customization of ServiceNow applications to meet business needs, lead the development of custom applications and ensure thorough documentation and maintainability of all customizations.
- Governance and Best Practices: Establish platform governance, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate their needs into technical solutions and provide guidance to development and administrative teams, while maintaining effective communication with senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives enhancing the user experience on the platform.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years in IT, including a minimum of 5 years with ServiceNow, with proven experience in implementation, customization, and integration, preferably in a leadership or architectural role in complex IT environments.
- Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred; additional ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) are advantageous.
Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.);
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and architecture;
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP APIs);
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
