ServiceNow Solution Architect

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design a ServiceNow solution to meet those needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Solution Design: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure the solution aligns with business needs.
• Implementation: Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow, coordinating with developers, administrators, and stakeholders for success.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other organizational systems such as HR or IT.
• Customization: Tailor ServiceNow by developing custom applications, workflows, and integrations.
• Testing: Ensure the implemented solution meets the required functionality through testing.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for the ServiceNow solution, covering requirements, design, and implementation details.
• Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators to facilitate successful adoption of the solution.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with experience designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Familiarity with ServiceNow development, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations, as well as knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, is essential. Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders, the ability to work collaboratively across different organizational levels, and strong problem-solving skills are also needed. ServiceNow certification is preferred but not mandatory.
