ServiceNow Solution Architect

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and designing a ServiceNow solution that meets those needs. The ServiceNow Solution Architect will oversee the implementation of the solution, working alongside developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure success. Key responsibilities include:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
• Implementation: Oversee successful implementation by coordinating with developers and stakeholders.
• Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other organizational systems, like HR and IT systems.
• Customization: Tailor ServiceNow with custom applications, workflows, and integrations as per organizational needs.
• Testing: Conduct thorough testing to verify the solution meets requirements and functions properly.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation detailing requirements, design, and implementation.
• Training: Provide training to end-users and administrators for successful adoption of the ServiceNow solution.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development, encompassing custom applications and workflows.
• Understanding of ServiceNow architecture including modules, databases, and security protocols.
• Strong communication skills to relay technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills for designing effective solutions.
• ServiceNow certification is preferred but not required.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and offers a full-time work schedule.
