As a Solution Sales Senior Specialist - ServiceNow, you will ensure profitable winning solutions by building and enabling solutioning teams that co-create, shape, and design innovative solutions that maximize client strategies and help drive growth for the company Consulting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Solution Excellence: Develop and enable solutioning teams to co-create, shape, and design innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive growth for the company Consulting.
  • Balance Competitiveness and Deliverability: Ensure solutions are competitive while maintaining healthy margins for the company and delivering value to clients.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Build credibility, trust, and lasting client relationships through effective solutioning and delivery.
  • Apply Solutioning Standards: Ensure solutioning standards, models, best practices, and expertise are applied to solutions to maintain E2E integrity.
  • Innovate Across Partner Ecosystem: Further the company's market eminence by innovating across our partner ecosystem and driving business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Deep Expertise in Solution Development: Proven experience in developing and enabling solutioning teams to co-create, shape, and design innovative solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.
  • Experience with Global Market Insights: Demonstrated ability to leverage global learnings, market insights, and Service Line expertise to build eminence and guide critical solutions that tie client strategies to business outcomes.
  • Complex Solution Delivery: Proven experience in delivering complex, multidiscipline solutions that drive business outcomes and meet client needs.
