ServiceNow Solutions Lead

This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules. Key responsibilities include collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow workflows and automations. The position requires applying ITIL framework principles to optimize service management processes within ServiceNow and managing integrations between ServiceNow and external systems for seamless operations. Additionally, this role entails providing technical mentorship and leadership to project teams to ensure quality and adherence to best practices, staying current with platform updates and industry trends, and driving continuous improvement initiatives leveraging ServiceNow functionalities for enhanced IT and HR service delivery.

To excel in this role, candidates should possess strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow's ITSM, HRSD, and ITOM modules, a solid understanding of ITIL processes, and experience in scripting, workflow design, and platform customization. Proven ability to manage complex ServiceNow projects in a client-facing role is crucial, along with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM/HRSD/ITOM, and ITIL Foundation are highly desirable. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is also required.
