Position

We are seeking a ServiceNow Strategy Advisor to support the direction, alignment, and continuous evolution of a large-scale ServiceNow platform operating within a structured Center of Excellence (CoE) environment. This role is responsible for providing strategic guidance and platform advisory services, collaborating closely with the Service Delivery Manager and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with ServiceNow best practices, scalable architecture principles, and long-term platform objectives. The successful candidate will possess strong ServiceNow functional and platform expertise, enabling them to engage confidently with stakeholders, influence decision-making, and ensure the platform meets both current and future business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Platform Strategy & Advisory: Provide strategic guidance on the usage and evolution of the ServiceNow platform, identifying opportunities to optimize service delivery.
  • ServiceNow Subject Matter Expertise: Act as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities including IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
  • Delivery & Platform Alignment: Collaborate with the Service Delivery Manager to support delivery decisions and ensure alignment between business demand and platform capabilities.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into platform-aligned solutions.
  • Governance & Design Standards: Participate in design reviews and ensure consistency across ServiceNow modules and solutions.
  • Roadmap & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to platform roadmap planning and identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Platform Escalation & Guidance: Provide advisory support for complex functional and platform-related decisions.

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Experience: 8–12+ years working with ServiceNow or enterprise service management platforms, specifically within complex, multi-module ServiceNow environments.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: In-depth understanding of ServiceNow capabilities including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.
  • Core Competencies: Strong communication skills with business and technical stakeholders, ability to provide clear guidance on platform design, and experience in supporting strategic decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within a ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE) and large-scale ServiceNow environments.
  • Exposure to platform roadmap definition, continuous improvement initiatives, and service transformation programs.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required or preferred. ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications and ITIL Certification are also desirable.
