The ideal candidate will have expertise in ITxM, CMDB, CSDM, and Discovery, along with experience in ATF, Mobile Solutions, Reporting, and Analytics. Exposure to HRSD, IRM, CSM, FSM, TSOM, and other industry-specific modules is also preferred.

The consultant will:
- Provide ServiceNow expertise and support to the customer throughout the sales process, including SaaS tool selection, responding to RFIs and RFPs, and proactive deal engagements.
- Drive sales and solution activities, including solution design and project planning.
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, pain points, and objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to craft compelling proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing models.
- Design high-level ServiceNow architecture and solutions tailored to the client’s environment and objectives.
- Provide product demos and support proof of concepts as required.
- Support proof of concept activities for customers.
- Have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and CMDB modules.
- Have experience with REST and SOAP-based integration (APIs).
- Exhibit good communication (both written and spoken), stakeholder management, problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking.
