ServiceNow Technical Consultant / Developer - Dubai, UAE

About the Role
The company is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will design, build, and support ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients across the region, utilizing your expertise to unlock the full potential of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or others, depending on the project)
• Develop server-side and client-side scripts: Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
• Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer flows, Service Catalog items, and record producers
• Develop and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and import sets
• Build reports and dashboards (Performance Analytics is a plus)
• Participate in requirements workshops to translate business needs into technical designs
• Support upgrades, cloning, update set management, and platform health checks
• Write technical documentation and provide L2/L3 support

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
• Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting skills
• Experience across at least one major module (ITSM preferred)
• Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security
• Integration experience (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), any module
