Position

This role is part of the Customer Excellence Group team, which aims to accelerate platform adoption and drive customer business outcomes through a portfolio of services delivered by world-class consultants, training and success professionals, as well as our ecosystem of partners. As a Services Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling a portfolio of service offerings designed to help our customers successfully adopt the products they have purchased and ultimately achieve the business outcomes they expected. These offerings include product implementation services, and the Services Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and value realization.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with software sales account teams, developing and executing a services sales strategy within the designated territory, creating new services opportunities for both new and installed base customers, managing the end-to-end forecasting process for services opportunities, and engaging in executive discussions aligned with the account strategy. You will lead solutioning, scoping, proposal development, and execute a value-based selling methodology for implementation services.

To be successful in this role, candidates should have experience integrating AI into work processes, a minimum of 12 years of previous services sales experience within a SaaS organization, a focus on new account sales, a demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to communicate effectively across various business lines. Strong operational management skills and the ability to travel up to 50% are also required, as well as fluency in both English and Arabic. Experience with existing relationships in large enterprise accounts is a plus.
