Services Account Executive (SAE)

As a Services Account Executive (SAE), you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and growth of new Services business, managing strategic relationships, and representing the company Services organization from a sales and business development perspective.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior executives in assigned accounts.
• Act as the single point of contact for the customer, representing the company Services organization to establish and expand Services footprint.
• Generate qualified opportunities based on a holistic understanding of customer challenges.
• Develop and deliver best-practice comprehensive Services account plans to address customer and prospects priorities and pain points.
• Be accountable for booking and revenue targets for services in the assigned account(s).
• Orchestrate resources to execute winning sales and support delivery teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of direct quota carrying selling experience in enterprise software and services industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing accounts, generating and managing opportunities, and deal closure.
• Intimate knowledge of enterprise software projects and the overall lifecycle management of enterprise applications.
• Experience working with large multinational customers and in other countries and regions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Proficiency in Business English and local language; additional languages are a distinct advantage.
