Location: Multiple Locations, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: Fully on-site

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Secure, Personalized Cloud Journeys and align services to customer goals to drive measurable outcomes.
  • Engage early for proactive renewals and collaborate with Customer Success Account Managers to reinforce value and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Lead the consulting virtual account team to bring customer visions to life through consultative selling, active listening, and continuous planning.
  • Identify and sell Industry Cloud solutions that solve customer challenges through co-innovation with partners and Microsoft teams.
  • Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to deal closure—while driving Cloud consumption through sold projects and programs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years industry sales experience in the commercial or public sector (e.g., Finance, Local Government) or 5+ years consulting solution and Unified sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.
  • Proven experience in consultative selling and digital engagement.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
