Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and communicate the operational relationship with assigned clients.
- Lead key client projects, ensuring effective communication with team members and stakeholders regarding status, issues, risks, and objectives.
- Manage documentation and communications for clients and projects, including meeting follow-ups.
- Track metrics related to infrastructure performance and service requests while continually seeking process improvements.
- Prepare and present service reports to clients and create roadmaps for relationship management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a Services Delivery role or similar capacity dealing with complex, technical implementation projects.
- Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, and/or Cloud fields.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups including design, engineering, and business development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in a technical client support or advisory role, such as Solution Architect, System Administrator, or Technical Account Manager.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional European languages, particularly French or German, is advantageous.
