We are seeking a Services Development Manager to join our transformative journey. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our customers to facilitate their transformation and help them benefit from our technology and services. Your primary focus will be on generating profitable services revenue from our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and successfully conclude profitable service revenues within the designated region.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, operations, and industry trends.
  • Communicate the benefits of the company's services and collaborate with Account Management teams.
  • Establish and maintain long-term professional relationships with decision-makers in client and partner organizations.
  • Pursue potential sales opportunities, drive for closure, and secure sales.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand their strategy, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with accurate tracking of forecasts and revenue.
  • Contribute to the business development function by enhancing tools, templates, and marketing collateral.

Requirements:

  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry and its innovations.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business, focusing on project management, sales, and services.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling, negotiating techniques, and managing customer engagements.
  • Knowledge of core banking implementation is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
  • Strong communication skills, technical expertise, and a data-driven approach.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a tenacious approach to closing deals.
  • Passion for technology, delivery, and sales.
