The Services Presales Consultant works within our company Services (DTS) business unit. This role involves leading the IT Transformation services solution definition in close alignment with Services Sales and Delivery Teams. You will collaborate with product account teams to position the company solution that best meets customer requirements and expected outcomes.
IT Transformation services at the company cover a wide range of technologies and solutions, including Consulting, Deployment, Residency, Support, and Managed services, all aligned with our product portfolio (Storage, Data Protection, Servers, Converged/Hyperconverged infrastructure, and Network).

What You’ll Achieve:
This is a senior, presales, customer-facing role where you will:
- Lead the development of client presentations up to C-level management and conduct workshops.
- Manage Services responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Statements of Work (SOW) creation and review.
- Estimate efforts and transition work to the delivery organization.
- Support highly complex accounts and articulate the IT transformational journey with a focus on Multi Cloud, Data Center, and Automation/Integration.
- Collaborate with your team on opportunities across Saudi Arabia and the region, providing subject-matter expertise.
- Ensure internal Services Deal Governance is applied to all proposals and contribute to deal negotiation and closure.
Essential Requirements:
- Expert level experience in IT transformation, including Multi Cloud solutions, Data Center, Virtualization, Automation, and Data Analytics.
- Proficient in multiple service areas and technologies.
- Previous experience as a solution lead, pre-sales consultant, or solution architect with proven skills in constructing service solutions.
- Understanding of services P&L, cash flow development, and risk analysis.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, influencing decision-makers, and negotiating service contracts.
- Exceptional consulting skills and professional communication skills in English.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of company and VMware product portfolios.
- Understanding of IT cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Hyperscale solutions.
