Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of client presentations up to C-level management, workshops, and responses to Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
- Create and review Statements of Work (SOW), effort estimation, and transition of work to the delivery organization.
- Support highly complex accounts, articulating the IT transformational journey with a focus on Multi Cloud, Data Center, and Automation/Integration.
- Manage solution development, including solution design, scope documents, risk profile, and financials.
- Create RFP responses and SOW based on the company's Services offers according to the Solution needs.
- Ensure internal Services Deal Governance is applied to all proposals and support deal negotiation and closure.
Essential Requirements:
- Expert level experience in IT transformation, including Multi Cloud solutions, Data Center, Virtualization, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- Previous experience as a solution lead, pre-sales consultant, or solution architect with a proven track record in constructing service solutions.
- Strong understanding of services P&L, risk analysis and various commercial models.
- Proven client-facing experience with the ability to influence at all levels, including CxO.
- Exceptional consulting skills and professional communication skills in English.
Desirable Requirements:
- Working knowledge of the company's and VMware product portfolio.
- Understanding of IT cyber-security, Artificial Intelligence, and Cloud Hyperscale solutions.
