As a Services Project Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the entire project life cycle from initiation to completion to ensure customer fulfillment. You will mediate between internal team members and external parties, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently.
Work Conditions: Full-time, with occasional travel up to 20% for customer-facing activities.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, complex projects while managing finances, governance, and focus.
- Provide consultative leadership on pre-planned engagements.
- Develop detailed project plans and strategies including schedules, controls, resources, and statements of work (SOW).
- Maintain communication with stakeholders through meetings and presentations, serving as the main point of contact.
- Lead project workstreams, ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure project delivery aligns with scope, budget, and timeline.
- Deliver quarterly forecast reports on services revenue.
Essential Requirements:
- 4 years+ of experience in Project Management.
- Proven ability to work independently and within a team.
- Excellent customer-facing, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
- Strong technical aptitude and customer relationship building.
- Solid knowledge of information and network security fundamentals and the company products.
- Active DoD clearance or the ability to obtain additional clearances is strongly preferred.
- Saudi national required.
Desirable Requirements:
- Strong desire to learn, grow, and assume leadership roles in the technology industry.
- Good cloud infrastructure knowledge.
- Project Management certification (PMP, Prince 2, etc.) is a plus.
Language Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic and English is likely preferred, although not explicitly stated.
