Position

The Services Renewal Account Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring timely renewals of both Hardware and Software support contracts for medium-sized to large customers within the assigned territory in the United Arab Emirates. This position involves educating customers on business practices and the associated contractual implications, while ensuring they are fully aware of the company's Support Services portfolio. You will proactively manage cancellation risks and seek to win back previous contracts that were canceled or without support during the point of sale of hardware. Additionally, there is a focus on growing the available territory by selling Value-Added services like Extended Support or DDR Services where applicable, managing customer exceptions, and accurately forecasting business targets and opportunities.
