Responsibilities

  • Build and grow long-term relationships with senior executives, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Deeply understand each customer’s technology landscape, strategic priorities, and competitive environment.
  • Act as the single point of contact for the company's Services within your accounts.
  • Develop strategic account plans using the company's intelligent tools to address customer needs.
  • Lead and orchestrate internal teams and partners to drive successful sales cycles.
  • Own and deliver Services bookings and revenue targets for your accounts.
  • Lead opportunity creation, bid management, and deal closure through the full sales cycle.
  • Shape commercially sound proposals aligned to the company's governance standards.
  • Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting in internal systems.
  • Manage the transition from sales to delivery, ensuring contracts and scope are clear.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise software and/or IT services sales, with consistent quota-carrying success.
  • Proven experience closing medium to large complex deals in competitive, consultative environments.
  • Experience working with large, multinational customers and extended sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise applications (Cloud, Hybrid, X+O) and application lifecycle management.
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline growth, forecasting, and working hand-in-hand with Account Executives.
