Position

The company is looking for a Services Senior Account Executive to shape strategic customer engagements, influence executive decision-making, and accelerate the growth of the company’s Services business across key accounts. This is a high-impact role for a senior sales professional who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys driving outcomes at C-suite level. In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading the company’s Services sales strategy within your assigned accounts. You will engage at the highest levels of customer and partner organizations, identifying opportunities for transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Own and expand the company Services footprint across your strategic accounts.
  • Build and deepen relationships with C‑level executives, guiding them through transformation opportunities.
  • Develop multi-year strategic account plans aligned with customer priorities and industry trends.
  • Serve as the primary executive interface between the customer and the company Services.
  • Leverage the company’s intelligent tools and methodologies to support customer decision-making.
  • Orchestrate senior internal resources to ensure alignment and winning sales strategies.
  • Deliver against Services bookings and revenue targets across your portfolio.
  • Drive complex deal cycles from opportunity identification to commercial shaping and closing.
  • Lead high-value, multi-stakeholder negotiations with precision and executive presence.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM data integrity.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Industry Leaders, and Solution Specialists.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software and/or IT services sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute long-term account strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise software landscapes (Cloud, Hybrid, Transformation programs).
  • Proven success managing large, complex, multi-year sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of IT application services, digital transformation, and enterprise application lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
