The Summer Analyst will collaborate with colleagues across various departments and occasionally with external customers, utilizing developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others. Their work will significantly impact the organization through complex deliverables, providing valuable advice and counsel related to technology or operations that could ultimately enhance the performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in a 10-week program where summer analysts are introduced to TTS business lines and processes.
- Be assigned to an industry or product coverage group following an initial week of training and placement process.
- Join a team that delivers TTS services to multinational corporations, financial institutions, and public sector organizations globally.
- Support the organization with objectives such as revenue generation, net income, market share, awards, and survey excellence.
- Conduct financial analysis, including budget analytics and scenario analysis, to support decision-making for Senior Managers.
- Measure progress by developing and generating metrics and presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Gain insights into the TTS business through training sessions and hands-on experience.
- Experience responsibilities similar to those of a full-time analyst, including:
- Client Sales Management
- Cash Management Services such as Liquidity & Investments, Receivables, Payments, Wholesale Cards, and Channel & Enterprise Services
- Trade projects involving Commodities Financing, Trade Finance, Trade Services, and Export & Agency Finance
- Successful analysts may be offered a full-time position as a TTS Analyst.
- Assess risks comprehensively when making business decisions, maintaining an emphasis on the firm's reputation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations. This includes adhering to Policies, applying sound ethical judgment, and addressing any control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in a second language is advantageous.
- Open to students pursuing their undergraduate degree.
