Join our Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team as an intern in Dubai from January 2027 to July 2027. In this role, you will be responsible for managing CRM Operations, troubleshooting issues with the CRM, and assisting with event management, database management, and analytics. You will handle CRM processes, such as cycle planning and addressing CRM issues through tickets submitted to the team. Additionally, you will be involved in CRM analysis and creating dashboards to visualize data.

Your Responsibilities
- Be a part of the Sales Force Effectiveness and CRM team
- Manage CRM Operations
- Troubleshoot issues with CRM
- Assist in event management, database management, and analytics
- Handle CRM processes including cycle planning
- Address CRM issues through tickets sent to the team
- Perform CRM analysis and create dashboards
Your Profile
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work 30-40 hours per week
- Graduating in Q1 2027 or later
- Education in Tech and Computer Science is preferable
- Proficient in MS Office and PowerBI
- Savvy with AI technologies
- Strong command of Excel
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Task-oriented with good time management skills
