This role involves leading the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions to enhance our banking operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions tailored to the needs of retail banking.
- Design and manage SharePoint Online sites, ensuring high levels of functionality and user experience.
- Administer SharePoint environments, including configuration, maintenance, and security.
- Develop and integrate advanced workflows using Nintex and K2 to automate banking processes.
- Utilize SPFx for creating custom web parts and extensions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint solutions with other banking systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SharePoint applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Stay abreast of the latest SharePoint and technology trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards within all SharePoint solutions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in SharePoint, SharePoint Administration, and MS SharePoint integration is essential.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint branding, workflows in SharePoint, Nintex, K2 workflows for SharePoint, and SPFx is required.
- Experience in the retail banking domain is mandatory, with a deep understanding of its operations and challenges.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills are crucial.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders.
