Sharepoint Lead Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer
With a strong background in SharePoint and Retail Banking to join our team as a Sr. Associate - Projects. The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 10 years of experience, with a deep understanding of SharePoint development, administration, and integration, specifically within the retail banking sector.

This role involves leading the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions to enhance our banking operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of SharePoint solutions tailored to the needs of retail banking.
• Design and manage SharePoint Online sites, ensuring high levels of functionality and user experience.
• Administer SharePoint environments, including configuration, maintenance, and security.
• Develop and integrate advanced workflows using Nintex and K2 to automate banking processes.
• Utilize SPFx for creating custom web parts and extensions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint solutions with other banking systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of SharePoint applications to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Stay abreast of the latest SharePoint and technology trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards within all SharePoint solutions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in SharePoint, SharePoint Administration, and MS SharePoint integration is essential.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint branding, workflows in SharePoint, Nintex, K2 workflows for SharePoint, and SPFx is required.
• Experience in the retail banking domain is mandatory, with a deep understanding of its operations and challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills are crucial.
