As part of the Risk Assessment Team, you will assist risk assessors and provide crucial safety-related advice that aligns with the host country legislation, approved codes of practice, and standards. You are expected to ensure data integrity and support various management functions, establishing yourself as a central resource for all Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) issues. This role includes developing and delivering training tailored to specific workplace needs, thereby contributing to the enhancement of operational safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Assist risk assessors and become part of the Risk Assessment Team as required.
- Provide competent advice on safety aspects related to host country legislation, approved codes of practice, and standards, as well as professional guidance that impacts operations.
- Ensure the integrity of data on the SHE Intranet site, conducting validation, accuracy, and currency audits; collate statistics and management reports.
- Support area manager or SHE Manager by providing consistent and competent advice on SHE issues aligned with the company's policies.
- Conduct “Contractor Assessments” for Service Contractors following established standards.
- Offer competent advice and guidance during SHE Committee Meetings.
- Assist in achieving and maintaining relevant international standards set by the Business (e.g., 45001, 14001).
- Deliver mandated training outlined in the “SHE Training” document, including SHE Induction for new hires and transferees, Be Safe, Fire Awareness, and Fire Warden Training.
- Develop and deliver specific training courses based on risk assessments, accident investigations, and trends analysis to support programs or improvements.
Job Requirements
- Candidates must demonstrate appropriate qualifications and experience to register with the MHRSD as either an Occupational Health & Safety Practitioner or as a Professional as per Ministerial Decision 76509.
- The SHE Senior Professional must possess substantial technical knowledge relevant to all business aspects they are deployed in, with experience in manufacturing, multi-site management, contractor oversight, leisure facilities, and hazardous substances. Specific experience in the aviation industry, military engineering, and systems support is desirable.
