Siebel CRM Developer

About the Job:
Virtusa is seeking a Siebel CRM Developer with a strong background in computer science or a related field, ideally backed by relevant industry experience. The candidate should have over 5 years of experience in configuration, deployment, and fine-tuning Siebel CRM, with hands-on expertise in Siebel versions IP17 and IP19.x.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum Framework)
• Performance tuning of Siebel CRM
• Configuration of Siebel components (UI Layer, BO Layer, Data object layer)
• Expertise in workflow and eScript development
• Configuration of inbound and outbound web services, JMS configuration, and REST APIs
• Experience with Siebel Open UI (PM and PR)
• Configuration of Assignment Manager criteria and WL Distribution
• Management of Siebel Marketing Campaigns and Lead Management modules

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in OSLinux and Windows
• Excellent understanding of Siebel Enterprise Architecture and Best Practices
• Hands-on experience in server management tasks

Functional Skills:

• Banking knowledge, particularly within the campaign, retail, and corporate domains

Soft Skills:

• Ability to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, enhancing productivity and effectiveness
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while collaborating with teams across the organization
• Excellent interpersonal skills for presenting ideas to senior and executive management
