Signaling Engineer (Systems)

The company is looking for an exceptionally talented Signaling Engineer (Systems) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is on-site and full-time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Design-Build (DB) Contractor’s CBTC signaling team to ensure successful delivery of signaling solutions.
• Manage and monitor signaling contractors and subcontractors, providing technical oversight, support, and resolution of installation and commissioning issues.
• Ensure the installation, testing, and commissioning of signaling systems comply with approved designs and specifications.
• Review various technical documents, including construction drawings and subcontractor proposals.
• Prepare technical reports related to signaling activities, monitoring project progress against schedule and budget.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in CBTC signaling system installation, testing, and commissioning on large-scale metro projects.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Desired Skills:

• Rail industry-recognized qualifications such as IRSE certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CBTC, ATC, and Trackside Signaling systems.
• Previous GCC project experience and experience on metro or major transportation infrastructure projects.
