Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to provide legal solutions in various practice areas.
- Engage with clients regularly and effectively deliver consultancy services.
- Maintain a high standard of legal advice while managing workflows autonomously or as part of a team.
- Work effectively to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with relevant experience gained in private practice and/or in-house legal teams.
- Strong technical expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Commercial
- Corporate
- Financial Services Regulatory
- Global Markets
- Banking & Finance
- A commercial and pragmatic approach to legal advice.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a collaborative teamwork approach.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively.
- Must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
