In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of our UAV simulators, ensuring smooth, efficient, and top-quality operations at our state-of-the-art training center. Key Tasks:
- Support all technical and operational aspects of the UAV Simulator Training Devices.
- Attend maintenance calls and perform daily readiness checks as required, including scheduled preventative maintenance.
- Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex training device issues.
- Work towards permanent solutions for recurring issues and seek improvements in maintenance procedures.
- Provide on-the-job technical training to other technicians and mentor them in their professional development.
- Collaborate with specialists on complex issues that require extensive research, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and support the FSTD operations Management System, implementing necessary processes and procedures.
- Perform minor software, hardware, and/or CDB updates as needed.
- Manage consumable items and tools necessary for maintenance tasks.
- Support logistics duties, including yearly inventories and preparation for shipping.

Qualifications and Skill Set Requirements:
- Technical College Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computers, or Mechatronics.
- Prior experience working with simulators is advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of the English language, including reading, speaking, and writing.
- Highly customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and programming languages.
- A driving license is ideally required to access the base.
