Simulator Support Engineer JV01-EN

As a Simulator Support Engineer JV01, you will perform complex yet standard technical tasks, including preventative and corrective maintenance work on-site, and may execute modifications as needed. Your contribution is essential for ensuring that all training devices are maintained according to qualification standards and aligned with ECFT quality guidelines and procedures. In addition to your defined job functions, you may be required to carry out other duties that reasonably contribute to the smooth operation of ECFT Engineering.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Execute PMT tasks following maintenance manuals and ensuring timely follow-up on deficiencies.
• Update necessary documentation (NDB, Charts, Checklist) across the fleet.
• Ensure all QTGs reruns are signed off and deficiencies are resolved promptly.
• Troubleshoot simulator-related issues and communicate with specialists for resolution.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues during AOGs and facilitate information sharing between departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor simulator issues and provide timely updates to CAE Montreal.
• Maintain records of parts and tools in the Gemini system and perform visual alignments.
