About the Role
As part of the Sinyar Graduate Program, we are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the company. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8 or above. Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered, provided they meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.8. You will work alongside the BP&A team and gain practical exposure to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis. You will support real business activities, work with financial data, and develop an understanding of how finance supports commercial decision-making across Retail.

What You Will Do
Support Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support the BP&A team with strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial information.
- Work with the team to ensure financial information is accurate and delivered on time.
Develop Your Financial Analysis Skills
- Support the preparation of regular and ad-hoc financial reports.
- Analyse financial information and help identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support follow-ups with business teams on financial performance and reporting requirements.
- Build your understanding of how financial insights support business decisions.
Gain Exposure to Projects & Automation
- Support finance automation and improvement initiatives.
- Assist with project reporting, analysis, and follow-up activities.
- Learn how technology and data can improve financial processes and reporting.
Collaborate Across the Business
- Work closely with BP&A colleagues and different business stakeholders.
- Support the team with regular reporting and business requirements.
- Build strong working relationships while developing your understanding of the company.
What You Bring
We’re looking for an ambitious and analytical graduate who is interested in building a career in Finance and Business Planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business or a related field.
- Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
- Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication, planning, and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Interest in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business performance.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP is an advantage.
