This program bridges operational people management and enterprise leadership through strategic exposure, immersive leadership development, executive guidance, and practical business execution. Participants will undergo an applied development journey that integrates structured learning with real workplace experience, enabling them to demonstrate tangible impact. The emphasis is on learning by doing, which builds relevant capabilities while connecting development to actual business priorities.

- Minimum 5 years of total professional experience
- Minimum 2 years of people-management experience
