SMP is an 18-month performance-driven development journey designed for high-potential Emirati talent preparing for their first management role. This program facilitates the transition from individual contributor to effective people manager through immersive development, just-in-time learning, and real management experiences. Participants will engage in an applied development journey that fuses structured learning with practical workplace exposure, guided support, and opportunities to demonstrate impact. The focus is on learning by doing, enhancing relevant capabilities, and connecting development to real business priorities.
