Position

Oivan is looking for a skilled and experienced SIP Integration Engineer to join our team for a duration of 9-18 months, with potential extension into 2025. The successful candidate will create seamless integration between our WebRTC-based videoconferencing system and Cisco Webex. This role demands deep technical expertise in SIP, WebRTC, and Cisco Webex, along with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration processes. Experience in installing VoIP systems in previous projects and familiarity with Cisco Systems is preferred.

The position requires on-site availability in Riyadh, specifically at Digital City, five days a week due to high-security requirements while developing the platform on the client’s premises. The pay for this position is competitive and negotiable. For employees based in Riyadh, standard KSA benefits will be provided.

Work Conditions:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement SIP-based integration solutions connecting WebRTC systems with Cisco endpoints.
  • Provide technical leadership in SIP and WebRTC areas.
  • Support medium to large projects by handling voice communications aspects, including technical assessments, design, planning, integration, testing, and implementation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation to support customer education and the technical knowledge base.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to SIP integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration processes.
  • Troubleshoot VoIP network issues.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electronics engineering technology, computer science, or a related field.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in IT, with at least two years focusing on VOIP.
  • Excellent knowledge of IP networks and technologies (NAT, DHCP, DNS, VLAN, MPLS, WAN).
  • Experience with Cisco Routers, Structured Cabling, and LAN/WAN circuits.
  • Proven experience in SIP and WebRTC protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex and its API.
  • Strong background in integrating videoconferencing systems.
  • Knowledge of Open Source VOIP solutions is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Cisco Systems and telecommunications networks architecture.
  • Knowledge of Golang is essential.
  • Experience with open-source PBXs is advantageous.

Preferred Certifications:

  • Cisco voice systems certification.
  • CompTIA Network+.
  • CompTIA Security+.
