Site Operations Manager

As a Datacenter Operations Manager (DCOM) at the company, you will play a critical role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for the company's cloud services. You will be responsible for managing a high-performing team and driving success through empowerment and accountability. Your focus will be on environmental sustainability and optimization as part of our datacenter operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring for team members.
• Define team objectives and outcomes, enabling success across boundaries, and helping the team adapt and learn.
• Manage and support alignment to the budget of the Data Center and make tradeoff decisions to adhere to fiscal practices.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent AND 5+ years of experience in mission-critical service management.
• 3+ years of experience leading a diverse, technical team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Telecommunications, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience managing large scale and complex projects, and in Critical Environment infrastructures.
