About the Job:
The Site Program Lead serves as the senior construction leader on multi-site projects, responsible for the safe, efficient, and on-schedule delivery of all construction activities for the HUMAIN program. The Site Program Lead oversees overall construction execution, workforce performance, subcontractor management, site logistics, productivity, and readiness for commissioning. Site Managers report to the Site Program Lead and are responsible for the daily execution of specific construction areas on customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall multi-site execution strategy.
- Manage construction delivery performance and safety across all work fronts.
- Oversee workforce and subcontractor management, site logistics, and operational readiness.
- Ensure construction productivity and major milestone achievement.
- Coordinate and lead all Site Managers mobilized for the program.
- Manage customer interface, construction planning, and coordination.
- Handle site budget management and resource allocation.
- Lead Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives.
- Execute construction risk management and progress reporting.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: Master's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
- 15+ years of site management and construction experience, particularly in large and complex projects.
- Proven track record in managing multi-site Data Center programs or industrial projects, coordinating multiple contractors and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills to align project objectives across multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills with a customer-facing focus.
- Experience leading multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.
