Site Reliability Engineer

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with a strong coding background and hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java, and will have the ability to troubleshoot code errors efficiently while effectively communicating with development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advocate for and implement best practices in code development, focusing on maintainability, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, introducing innovative solutions to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Utilize proven design patterns to connect databases, middleware, and other components, ensuring robust and fault-tolerant system interactions.
• Actively contribute to the evolution of the organization’s design patterns by researching and proposing enhancements based on industry trends.
• Gather and analyze metrics from operating systems and critical application services to assist in the quick identification of issues and faults.
• Partner with development teams to improve the reliability of application services and release procedures.
• Participate in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
• Have a deep understanding of observability enablement for different application stacks.

Requirements:

• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with relevant hands-on experience using the technologies listed in the responsibilities section.
• Certification in any of the relevant technologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with development teams.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is expected.
