Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated deployments.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab following best practices.
- Lead incident bridges (P1/P2), coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive improvements.
- Monitor system health using tools such as Datadog and PagerDuty.
- Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enhance system reliability.
- Maintain documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing through Confluence.
- Drive an automation-first approach using Python and/or Bash scripting.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and enterprise governance.
Your Profile:
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps / SRE roles.
- Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes environments.
- Strong experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and Git/GitLab (CI/CD pipelines & version control).
- Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, Datadog, PagerDuty, Confluence.
- Robust understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, reliability metrics).
- Strong understanding of cloud security concepts (IAM, encryption, network & container security, vulnerability management).
- Experience in incident management, change management, and RCA processes.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.
- Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, private endpoints).
- Exposure to regulated/compliance-driven environments is a plus.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
