Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for automated deployments.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitLab following best practices.
  • Lead incident bridges (P1/P2), coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive improvements.
  • Monitor system health using tools such as Datadog and PagerDuty.
  • Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to enhance system reliability.
  • Maintain documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing through Confluence.
  • Drive an automation-first approach using Python and/or Bash scripting.
  • Ensure compliance with cloud security standards and enterprise governance.

Your Profile:

  • 4–5 years of hands-on experience in DevSecOps / SRE roles.
  • Proven expertise in managing Kubernetes environments.
  • Strong experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code) and Git/GitLab (CI/CD pipelines & version control).
  • Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault, Datadog, PagerDuty, Confluence.
  • Robust understanding of SRE principles (SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, reliability metrics).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security concepts (IAM, encryption, network & container security, vulnerability management).
  • Experience in incident management, change management, and RCA processes.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash.
  • Solid understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, firewalls, VPNs, private endpoints).
  • Exposure to regulated/compliance-driven environments is a plus.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities with a customer-focused mindset.
