Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our IT team in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This full-time, on-site role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems and services. The ideal candidate will blend software engineering with systems engineering to build and run large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
  • Develop and maintain software solutions using Java, .NET Core, and associated frameworks.
  • Manage and optimize relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server) and support NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
  • Architect and integrate APIs, microservices, and other integration solutions to support business applications.
  • Apply cybersecurity principles and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and security architecture standards.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Monitor and evaluate emerging Fintech technologies including blockchain, AI/ML, and digital wallets to enhance system capabilities.
  • Create and maintain system architecture diagrams using tools like Visio and Draw.io.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams using project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Domain experience in wealth management or Trading and Brokerage platforms.
  • Proven experience in cloud infrastructure and software development.
  • Strong understanding of database management and integration technologies.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Fintech trends and technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
