The Site Solutions Manager will be assigned to a mining customer site where they will serve as the primary contact for the customer, dealer, and all internal company stakeholders. The primary responsibility is to manage overall site performance and deliver on customer expectations. This role is pivotal in addressing customer business needs by developing and delivering solution opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for the customer and dealer at the site.
- Understanding customer needs and future mine plans to ensure the company's solutions align with customer goals.
- Liaising with internal company teams to support customer service.
- Monitoring and reporting issues related to customer satisfaction, product health, and future solution needs.
- Acting as a recognized advocate for the customer, securing commitment from the company and dealer resources to ensure satisfaction.
What You Will Do:
- Manage day-to-day relationships at the site.
- Coordinate with various departments within the company regarding current strategies and directions.
- Gather key customer feedback for incorporation into solutions design.
- Ensure effective communication plans are established and executed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of mining-related application and operations experience.
- Previous field experience or account management experience.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Proficiency in English (Pre-Advanced level).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record of delivering on customer expectations.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with company products, services, and mining industry knowledge.
Travel Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the EAME region.
