About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, alert, and responsible Site Watchman to maintain security, safety, and access control at our premises and IT-related facilities in Dubai. The Site Watchman will be integral in monitoring the site, controlling entry and exit, conducting regular security patrols, observing CCTV systems, and protecting property and equipment. Responsibilities also include maintaining visitor and security records and reporting any suspicious activities, incidents, hazards, or unauthorized access.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the premises, IT facilities, warehouses, offices, entrances, exits, and designated site areas.
- Maintain a visible security presence and help protect employees, visitors, equipment, materials, and property.
- Control and monitor access to the site, including employees, visitors, contractors, delivery personnel, and service providers.
- Check doors, gates, windows, access points, and restricted areas to identify security concerns.
- Prevent unauthorized entry, theft, vandalism, property damage, and unauthorized removal of assets.
- Monitor the movement and handling of IT equipment, computers, servers, networking equipment, office assets, and other property where required.
- Check incoming and outgoing deliveries, materials, equipment, and vehicles according to procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional security post.
- Keep accurate daily security logs and prepare incident reports when necessary.
- Follow security policies, workplace safety procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Assist employees and visitors with basic directions and site-related information while maintaining security requirements.
- Perform additional site security, watchman, and facility support duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Previous experience as a Site Watchman, Security Guard, Security Watchman, Site Security Guard, Security Officer, or Gatekeeper is preferred.
- Previous experience working at an IT company, office, warehouse, commercial building, technology facility, or construction site is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of site security, access control, visitor management, and security procedures.
- Basic knowledge of fire safety, emergency procedures, and workplace safety is preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions, policies, and security procedures.
- Willingness to work day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
