Site Watchman

About the Role
A client in Manama, Bahrain is seeking a reliable Site Watchman to oversee the security of its premises and ensure that people, equipment, and property remain safe and protected.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the site and conduct regular patrols throughout assigned areas.
• Check entrances, buildings, equipment, and other vulnerable areas for security risks.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, damage, unauthorized access, or other incidents.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies and escalate issues when required.
• Keep accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and unusual occurrences.
• Ensure security equipment and systems are functioning and report any issues.
• Support employees and visitors with basic assistance while maintaining site security.
• Follow site security procedures and management instructions.

Requirements

• Previous security, watchman, site monitoring, or similar experience is an advantage.
• Vigilant with strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of conducting regular site patrols.
• Good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and remain alert during assigned shifts.
• Basic knowledge of security practices and emergency procedures.
