Sitecore Developer

We have an immediate vacancy for a Sitecore Developer with over 5 years of experience at Synechron, a global consulting firm that believes in the power of digital to transform businesses. Our focus lies in combining creativity and innovative technology to deliver industry-leading digital solutions. We work with a diverse range of notable financial services and technology firms, utilizing cutting-edge technologies to modernize and innovate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and design templates and pages in Sitecore.
• Customize Sitecore content API for integration with other applications.
• Create and maintain Sitecore websites and support deployments in scaled environments.
• Adhere to best coding, security, unit testing, and documentation standards.
• Collaborate effectively in Agile environments to ensure high-quality technical architecture.
• Influence teams through technical knowledge sharing and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree or postgraduate in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certification: Must be a certified Sitecore Developer.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Sitecore development and design.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQL, Helix architecture, and customization in Sitecore.
• Functional Skills: Experience in banking, financial, or fintech industries is preferred.

Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with executive management.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while collaborating with teams.
