Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of Sitecore XP and headless JSS applications using Next.js or similar frameworks.
- Implement and optimize GraphQL or REST API integrations for seamless data retrieval and content management.
- Ensure all frontend components are CMS-enabled and manageable through Sitecore’s Experience Editor.
- Design and implement personalized user experiences based on user behavior, browser data, and other contextual factors using Sitecore’s Rules Engine.
- Create and manage dynamic content and personalization rules to enhance engagement and user satisfaction.
- Develop complex forms, ensuring proper validation and secure data handling.
- Set up and manage multi-language content and configure multi-site environments, supporting multiple brands or regions under a single Sitecore instance.
- Integrate Sitecore Experience Analytics to track user interactions and analyze user behavior.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
- Ensure all applications are optimized for performance, security, and scalability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Sitecore development, including Sitecore JSS and headless architecture.
- Proficiency in Next.js, React, or similar front-end frameworks.
- Proven experience in building and managing CMS-enabled components with Sitecore.
- Experience with multi-language and multi-site Sitecore setups is highly desirable.
- Solid knowledge of Docker and containerization practices.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
